About Jeff Morrison
Customers have come to know Jeff Morrison as a builder with creativity and integrity, delivering n the ideas and dreams of his customers while constructing a solid and energy-efficient home. Jeff’s long career in construction started in the 80’s during summers in college completing several renovations in the Philadelphia area. After graduation college with a BS in Civil Engineering, Jeff pursued his construction merits and worked in the homebuilding industry working as a construction manager, new home sales representative and ultimately ran operations for several national and area homebuilders before starting Morrison Homes, LLC. His reputation for strong project management and fair dealing has earned him the respect of the area’s best specialty sub-contractors, creating an experienced and consistent team of professionals. While other builders focus on their businesses and leave their customer’s projects to construction managers, Jeff enjoys the direct work with his clients to make sure every detail of their new home or addition is just right.

Jeff and his wife Trish reside in northern Delaware with their three children. As an active member of his local community, Jeff believes in the importance of relationships and “doing right” by his clients. He takes the time to explain all of the available options so that his clients can make the best decisions for their needs and budget. Above all, Jeff will not let the quality or safety of a project be compromised.
